Order Cancellations (Dispatch Policy)

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, your order will be processed and dispatched, and we are no longer able to cancel or make changes.

To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please email our team immediately at contact@shoptinytummy.com with your order number and subject line “Order Cancellation Request.”


Returns

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shoptinytummy.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact us and we will assist with an exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final-sale items

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
